Fast small-pan ketchup from tomato puree, vinegar, sugar, and spice.

Method

Mix everything together.

Put the mixture in a small pan and warm it gently for 3 minutes, stirring.

Let it cool slightly before using.

Notes

Use white wine, apple cider, malt, or rice vinegar. Garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, allspice, cloves, and cinnamon are optional seasoning directions.
